1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Makarios Capital LTD services, including vehicle-secured credit products and the NOVA card. By applying for our products you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

Applicants must be Nigerian residents aged 21 and above, hold a valid government-issued ID, and be the registered owner of the vehicle used as collateral (or have explicit legal authority to offer the vehicle).

3. Product Terms

Credit amounts, interest, fees and repayment schedules will be provided at pre-approval and on the final agreement. The vehicle may be used as collateral, Makarios Capital LTD will hold title documents or place a registered charge depending on the product and applicable law. Customers retain possession and use of the vehicle unless otherwise agreed in the executed contract.

4. Fees & Charges

Fees include processing fees, interest on outstanding balances, and possible late payment fees. Exact amounts will be disclosed before final acceptance and on signed loan documents.

5. Data & Privacy

We collect personal and vehicle data for verification, credit assessment and compliance. We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Nigerian data protection laws. By applying you consent to the processing of your data for these purposes.

6. Liability

Makarios Capital's liability is limited to direct damages arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be addressed first via our support channels. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to mediation and, if necessary, the courts of Nigeria.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify customers of material changes via email or by posting an updated date on this page.

Privacy Policy

We collect only necessary information to process applications, verify identity, and comply with regulations. We do not sell your personal information.
